Return & Exchange Policy
For custom or made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, notifying you of the scheduled ship date for your purchase. If a delay occurs I will be in contact.
DeGiuli ships to domestic and international locations. Packages will be sent via USPS and you will receive tracking info once the item has shipped. Standard delivery time is 3-5 days (domestic) and 6-10 days (international).
International packages will be marked as merchandise for their full value in USD on customs declaration forms. Some countries may charge a duty depending on the value of the package.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please send an email to giulia@degiulistore.com so that I can do our best to assist you. However, DeGiuli will not replace Item(s) that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS.
DeGiuli will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims will not be filled on the behalf of customers for missing packages.
DeGiuli is committed to delivering valuable and worthwhile products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit within 10 business days of your delivery date. The item(s) you wish to return must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. If the return meets the above standard, you will be contacted via email and issued store credit. If you would like to make an exchange, you can do so by using the store credit issued towards your desired purchase online.
For custom or made to orders, DeGiuli works with you to create that special garment you’re looking for. A 50% deposit must be received before starting custom orders and is non-refundable. Partial refunds or store credit can be discussed up to 10 days after arrival of delivery. DeGiuli reserves the right to decline a refund if item(s) are washed, worn, not in original condition, or held for longer than 10 days after delivery.
